Student Housing

Contained within a 1960s Brutalist building, this existing dormitory was reimagined as an engaging community for on-campus life.  Fourteen floors of amenity spaces were the center for the perimeter dorms that looks out over the city’s Monongahela River.  Our color palettes and forms for the spaces were intentional to offer vibrant rooms for high energy, calm areas for study, and conference spaces to allow groups to work together.
